Hurlen Green

Hurlen Green 87 of Glasgow, KY died Wednesday August 11, 2004 at the N.H.C. Health Care Facility. He was born in Barren County the son of the late Floyd Lee Green and Hattie Lee Butler Green and his wife was the late Effie Haynes Green. Mr. Green was a farmer and was a former employee of Sorensen Manufacturing Co. and the Kentucky Department of Highways. He was a member of the Hanging Fork Baptist Church at Finney. He is survived by a daughter Lavada Borders and husband Richard of Glasgow; a son Mitchell Green and wife Judy of Glasgow; a granddaughter Tamera Green of Glasgow and several nieces and nephews and a special caregiver Runnell Davidson. He was preceded in death by 3 sisters Evelyn Haynes, Juanita Haynes and Beatrice Dodd. Funeral services will be 10:00am Saturday August 14, 2004 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Henderson Cemetery at Finney. Visitation will be after 11am Friday at the funeral home.
