Ivan Oller

Ivan Oller, 73, of Caneyville, passed away Thursday, September 10th, 2015 at his home. He was born on Saturday, February 14th, 1942 in Yeaman, KY the son of the late Lawrence and Annie (Duggins) Oller. Ivan was retired from Fishel Construction Company where he installed underground telephone cable. He loved his family, fishing, hunting and loved his garden. Ivan is survived by his loving wife whom he married, July 16th, 1966, Barbara Sue (Allen) Oller; two step-children, Rayetta Embry and James Embry and his wife Cindy of Louisville; three brothers, Kenny and David Oller of GA and Harry Oller of Louisville; one sister, Lois Childress of Louisville. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers, Hayward and Denver Oller and three sisters, Velma Wilson, Bernice Wright and Wanda Baron.Funeral services will be Sunday, September 13th, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Dermitt-Joyce Funeral Home in Caneyville. Bro Stanley Elmore will be officiating. Burial will be in the Renfrow Cemetery.Friends may call at the Dermitt-Joyce Funeral Home in Caneyville Sunday after 10:00 am until time of service.
