J. B. Logsdon, 79, of Glasgow, KY died Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at his residence. Born November 1, 1940 in Bearwallow KY, the son of the late Jesse Logsdon and Mamie Walden Bartley. Mr. Logsdon was a veteran of the U. S. Army, a self- employed mechanic and member of the St. Helen Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife, Emily Powell Logsdon; his children, David Logsdon (Dawn) of Clearwater, FL, Patricia Logsdon, Mary Logsdon and Joseph Logsdon (Rebecca) all of Glasgow; his grandchildren, Jonathan Logsdon (Sarah) of Orlando, FL, Matthew Logsdon (Abigail) of Clearwater, FL, Andrew Viers, Brianna Viers, Isaac Logsdon, Jesse Logsdon, James Depp, Jr., Landon Logsdon all of Glasgow and Donovan Mosley of Bowling Green; great grandchildren, William Viers, Connor Logsdon, Serenity Ortiz and Imerson Gravens; two sisters, Joann Henderson and Linda Cook both of Glasgow. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, J. T. Logsdon, Sr. and one sister, Louise Blair. Funeral Mass will be held 1:00pm Monday, September 14, 2020 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held 1:00pm until 8:00 pm Sunday, September 13, 2020 and Monday morning until time for the Funeral Mass. A Rosary service will be held 6:00pm Sunday at the funeral home. Military honors provided by DAV Chapter 20. All those who wish to honor and remember Mr. Logsdon in person at the visitation or service must wear a mask or other appropriate facial covering and practice physical distancing while inside the funeral home for the safety of those in attendance.
