J. T. Light

JT Light 79 of Glasgow died Sunday May 17, 20009 at the Caverna Memorial Hospital. Born in Metcalfe County the son of the late Alfred Light and the late Bessie Scott Light. Mr. Light was a retired Saleman for Kenneth O Lester Foods and a member of Allen Masonic Lodge # 24. He was a member of Grider Memorial Baptist Church and was well know for his love of singing gospel music. Survivor include his son Keith Light (Carol) of Lamb, Ky; sister Ruby Nell Fancher Smith of Lexington; sister-in-law Jeanette Light of Louisville and a niece Sandra Wilson of Lexington. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Nannie Bell Light and a brother CL Light. Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Tuesday May 19, 2009 at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4:00pm on Monday at the funeral home.
