Jackie Emmitt

Jackie Daryl Emmitt 54 of Glasgow, died Tuesday September 30, 2008 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. He was born in Glasgow the son of the late Chester Emmitt Sr. and Verda Kate Thomas Emmitt. He was a retired construction worker. Survivors include 4 sons Jamie Emmitt (Amanda), Terry Emmitt, Daryl Emmitt and Andy Emmitt all of Glasgow; 1 daughter Katie Emmitt of Glasgow; 5 grandchildren Shelby, Heather, Brandon, Logan and Matthew Emmitt; 2 brothers Chester Emmitt Jr. of Cave City and Jerry Emmitt of Edmonton; 1 sister Judy Walker of Glasgow and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother Mike Emmitt. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Friday October 3, 2008 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Clack-Emmitt Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 2:00pm Thursday at the funeral home.
