Jake Maupin

Jake William R. Maupin, 85, passed away January 14, 2024 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital. Jake was a lifelong resident of Glasgow. He was born on September 21, 1938 to the late Mary and Johney Maupin. He worked for the city of Glasgow Fire Department for 32 years where he served as Captain. He was also the founder of Maupin’s Locksmith Service.

Jake was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Rosia Maupin, and two brothers. He is survived by his children; Audrey Pedigo (Ricky), Stacy (Darla) and Tommy (Susie), grandchildren; Brandon Maupin, John Pedigo, Shane Pedigo, Raena Yeager, Trevor Maupin, Taylor Davis, and many great grandchildren.

The funeral service for Mr. Maupin will be held at 12:00 PM CST, January 17th at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Happy Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
