Jalayah Grace Clark, 2 months old, died Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville, KY. Born in Bowling Green, KY she was the daughter of Amber Clark of Glasgow. In addition to her mother she was survived by 2 sisters Samara and Jazelle Clark, 2 brothers Tyree Clark and Jacob Hester all of Florida; maternal grandparents Richard and Eva Clark; 3 aunts Nicole Clark (Keith Stockton) of Glasgow, April Clark and Talisha League both of Florida; an uncle Leo Bell of Florida and several cousins. Funeral services will be 11:00am Saturday, September 12th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with cremation to follow. Visitation will be Sataurday from 9:00am until time for the service at the funeral home.
