James Deckard

James 'Tootie' Deckard 53 of Glasgow died Sunday, May 26, 2013 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He was a farmer and a lifelong resident of Glasgow. He was of the Baptist faith. His father was the late Kenneth Deckard and his mother is Eva Rose Bishop Deckard of Glasgow. In addition to his mother, he is survived by 2 brothers Richard Deckard and wife Karen and Billy Deckard and wife Cindy all of Glasgow; nieces and nephews Jamie Deckard, Paula Winchell, Calvin Bo Deckard and Heather Proffitt; great nieces and nephews Morgan Deckard, Jackson Meredith, Bryson Hatcher, Gunner Winchell, Caleb Deckard, Lexie Boston and his special great nephew Brock Deckard. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins and his special pet dog 'Little Boy'. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Revil and Elizabeth Bishop and Sammy Deckard and Grace Farbaugh. Funeral services will be 2pm Wednesday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Bethlehem Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 2pm Tuesday.
