James Deckard

James Willard Deckard 87 of Smiths Grove died Monday, August 15, 2011 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He was born at Dry Fork, KY a son of the late Sammie and Donnie Gentry Deckard. Mr. Deckard was a farmer and served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He was a faithful member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Warren Co.
