James Martin

James Lee Martin 87 of Glasgow died Monday, November 25, 2013 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He was born in Jefferson County, KY and was a retired after 45 years as a Pipe Line Installer and a farmer. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in WWII. Mr. Martin was preceded in death by his wife Frances Wheeler Martin and his mother Ruby Lee Cox Martin. He is survived by his longtime friend and companion, Lorene Smith of Glasgow and his numerous friends. Visitation will be at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home on Friday, November 29th from 10am until 12 Noon followed immediately with a graveside service at the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Military honors will be provided by D.A.V. Chapter 20 of Glasgow.
