Janet Elliott

Janet Merrill Elliott, 76, of Glasgow, Kentucky passed away Thursday, January 25, 2024, at T J Samson Community Hospital. She was born October 29, 1947, in Columbia, Kentucky to the late Joe Combest and the late Sarah (Bryant) Combest. Janet was a former switch board operator employed by General Telephone.
Survivors include two grandsons, Dusty Walker and Cody Walker; one brother, Jimmy Combest (Jeanette); one sister, Judy Morris (Max); nephew, Patrick Combest; three nieces, Sara Beth McCown (Bobby), Jo Karen Morris (Bryant), Kelly Hill (Stephen).
In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Elliott, and daughter, Judy Walker.
The funeral service for Mrs. Elliott will be held at 1:00 PM, Sunday, January 28, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday morning from 9:30 AM until time for the funeral service at the funeral home.
