Janet Fisher

Janet Fisher age 63 of Leitchfield, KY passed away Saturday, March 17, 2012 at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield, KY. She was born on March 27, 1948 in Grayson County, the daughter of Cortis and Martha Duncan Hayes; she was a homemaker and attended the Horse Branch Church. She is survived by her husband, Murril Fisher of Leitchfield, two daughters, Patricia Carter of Leitchfield and Lisa Tarrance of Horse Branch, four sons, Bobby Duncan of Caneyville, Troy Duncan of Leitchfield, John Duncan of Horse Branch and Christopher Duncan of Calvert City, KY, four brothers, Robert Hayes of Louisville, Phillip and Butch Hayes both of Beaver Dam, Johnny Hayes of Caneyville and Lewis Hayes of Grayson County, 19 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.Other than her parents she was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 2 sisters.Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 19, 2012 at the Dermitt-Joyce Funeral Home in Caneyville. Bro. Terry Tarrance will be officiating. Burial will be in the McGrady Creek Cemetery.Friends may call at the Dermitt-Joyce Funeral Home in Caneyville from: 11:00 a.m. Monday until time of services at 2:00 pm.The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the funeral home for the Janet Fisher Memorial Fund.
