Janet Glass

Janet Glass, 89, of Glasgow, Kentucky passed away peacefully with her loving daughters by her side, Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at NHC Healthcare. She was born in Barren County August 2, 1932 to the late Horace Settle and Lucille Logsdon Settle. Janet retired as a Ward Clerk from T. J. Samson Community Hospital. She loved cooking and spending time with her precious family. Mrs. Glass was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Survivors include her two daughters, Patsy Wood of Lexington and Shelia Wilkins (Mike) of Glasgow; two grandchildren, Micah Tracy (Jarred), Brandon Wilkins (Mariah); five great grandchildren, Jamison and Jonah Tracy, Melanie, Lane, and Elijah Wilkins; one brother-in-law, Herman Glass; one sister-in-law, Alice Glass; a special, longtime friend, Louise Arnold; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Billy Lee Glass; two brothers, Jim Settle, Bill Settle; and one sister, Louise Edwards. The funeral service for Mrs. Glass will be held 3:00 PM Monday, January 31st at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 2:00 PM until time for the service at the funeral home. A. F. Crow & Son is honored to be entrusted in the care of Mrs. Glass.
