Janis Bewley

Janis Lynn Bewley 67 of Glasgow, died Friday, August 21, 2015 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. Born in Glasgow, she was the daughter of the late Wilbur Howard Bewley and Maxie Ruth Greenup Bewley. Janis attended the South Green St. Church of Christ. She had always lived an active life such as playing in the softball leagues and still enjoyed riding horses. She is survived by three children, Lynn Harlow (Jimmy), Scott Simpson (Michelle) and Ann Proffitt (Scott) all of Glasgow; grandchildren Regan Rosado, Clay Simmons, Paige Simpson, Railey Rosado, Nate Simpson, Lara Simmons, Hunter Harlow, Jackson Harlow, Zack Proffitt, Chelsey Proffitt, Mikaela Logsdon and Bryce Logsdon; 3 brothers Bill Bewley (Mimi) of Williamsburg, VA, David Bewley (Linda) of Frankenmuth, MI and Jimmy Bewley (Teresa) of Lucas; several nieces and nephews; special cousins Sherry Wood, Cherry Peden and Cathy Gilles and many special friends. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Tuesday, August 25th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Bowles Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4:00pm Monday.
