Judy Pedigo Franklin 84 of Glasgow died Tuesday, July 16th, 2013 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. She was born in Barren County, a daughter of the late John and Mary Elizabeth Bybee Pedigo. Judy was retired from the accounting dept. at R. R. Donnelley & Sons and loved being 'Grandma' to many. She was a member of the Glasgow Bible Church. She is survived by 2 daughters Terri Thomas and husband Danny of Glasgow, Tammy Hearn and husband John of Corpus Christi, TX; 4 grandchildren Angie Thomas Atkins and husband Chris, Kaitlin Thomas, Laramie Hearn and Russell Hearn; 1 sister Georgia Glover of Glasgow; 2 sisters-in-law Rebecca Pedigo of Glasgow and Naomi Pedigo of Louisville and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Russell Edwin Franklin, 2 sisters Mary Elizabeth Harlow and Ellen Furlong and 4 brothers Ernest Lee Pedigo, Billy Pedigo, Jim Steen and J.T. Steen. Funeral services will be 10am Friday, July 19th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday from 4pm until 8pm.
