Joe David Britt

Joe David Britt 69 of Cave City died Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green. He was born in Barren County and was a U. S. Air Force Veteran. He was a former employee of several industries including Mallory's in Glasgow. Mr. Britt loved golfing and was an avid U of K fan. He is survived by his wife Vicki Hatcher Britt; 3 sons Eric (Missy) Britt of Cave City, Kevin (Tommie) Britt of Scottsville and Jason Britt of Austin; 5 grandchildren, John Michael, Jared, Dakota, Tyler and Mason; 1 great-grandchild Korbyn and was Papaw to many other children. He is also survived by his mother Ruth Jewell Barton of Glasgow and a brother Danny (Rene') Britt of Austin, TX. He was preceded in death by his father Willie Clay Britt. Visitation will be Monday, April 4th from 4:00 until 8:00 at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
