Joe Piper

Joe Sidney Piper 87 of Glasgow, died Saturday October 24, 2015 at the Diversicare of Glasgow. He was born in Barren County the son of the late Clem Piper and Mary Bell (Eudy) Piper. Mr. Piper was a lifetime farmer and was of the Baptist faith. Survivor includes 4 brothers Bryant Piper (Delores) of Simpsonville, KY, Ernest Piper of Columbus, IN, Roger Piper (Sondra) of Alexandria, LA and Roy Piper (Ann) of Louisville, KY; several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his step mother Elizabeth and 9 brothers and sisters Richard, Essie May, George, Bessie, Henry, Luther, June, Lavern & Marion. Funeral services will be 11:00am Friday October 30, 2015 at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Defevers Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday after 3:00pm at the funeral home.
