Joe Williams

Joe Broady Williams 94 of Glasgow died Thursday, March 26, 2015 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Born in Barren County he was the son of the late Porter Thomas Williams and Willie Maude Broady Williams. Joe was a retired farmer, a U. S. Army Veteran of WWII and a member of Peters Creek Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Edna Helen Britt Williams; 1 brother John Williams of Glasgow and several nieces, nephews and his loving, caring and special friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Imogene Lewis and 2 brothers Robert and Clifton Williams. Funeral services will be 3pm Saturday, March 28th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 1pm until time for the service.
