John W. Bull 83 of Glasgow, died Tuesday February 10, 2009 at the NHC Health Care Facility in Glasgow. He was born in Cumberland County, KY the son of the late Willie L. Bull and Irene Anderson Bull. John was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII and was a member of the South Green St. Church of Christ. He was a former supervisor for an oil and gas company and had owned and operated the South Green St. Shell Service Station. He also was a farmer and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by his wife Mildred Ritter Bull; 2 sons Dennis Bull (Tresia) of Glasgow, Mike Bull (Melinda) of Glasgow; 2 daughters Debbie McCaslin of Slidell, LA and Bonnie Estes (Bruce) of Glasgow; 7 grandchildren: Jason (Laura) Bull, Ashley (Blake) Towe, Sloan Bull, Brittney and Courtney Estes, Chad McCaslin and Jonathan (Michelle) McCaslin; 9 great-grandchildren Austin and Tanner Bull, Garrett and Ava Grace Towe, Taylor, Trevor and Bailey McCaslin and Hunter and Brett McCaslin. He is also survived by 2 brothers Howard Bulle of Glasgow and Sam Bulle (Phyllis) of Glasgow; a sister Gelee Kingrey (George) of Huntington, IN and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Gary Wilson Bull. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Friday February 13, 2009 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home. Burial with military honors provided by D.A.V. Chapter 20 of Glasgow, will be in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will begin on Thursday at 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
