John Chenoweth

John Thomas 'Tom' Chenoweth 96 of Glasgow died Monday morning Sept. 13, 2004 at his home. He was born in Barren County the son of the late William Otis and Jenny Depp Chenoweth and husband of the late Bessie Jewell Miller Chenoweth. Mr. Chenoweth was a life long farmer. He is survived a daughter Elfreda Lewis and husband Eldon of Glasgow; a son William Roger Chenoweth of Glasgow; 2 sisters Ruth Elliott of Glasgow and Virginia Doyle of Cave City; 3 grandchildren Michael Lewis of Glasgow, Teresa Scott of Park City and Michelle Froggett of Glasgow and 5 great grandchildren also survive. In addition to his parents and wife, a son Selby Thomas Chenoweth and a grandson Eric Chenoweth, preceded him in death. Funeral services will be 1pm Wednesday Sept. 15, 2004 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation wll be after 2pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
