J. C. "Johnny" Billingsley 80 of the Kino Community died Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at his home. He was born in Kino the son of the late Onie C. and Nancy "Millie" Slayton Billingsley. Johnny was a farmer, milk hauler and owned and operated Billingsley's Grocery at Kino. He was a member of the Lick Branch Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his wife Marjorie Ruth Barbour Billingsley; four children Teresa (Davy) Myatt of Bowling Green, Danny (Debbie) Billingsley of Glasgow, Vickie (Steve) Estes of Kino and Russann (Wesley) Gentry of Hardyville; 9 grandchildren Monica (Philip deceased) Leedy, Tina (Jason) Gammon, Josh (Jennifer) Myatt, Jonas (Amanda) Billingsley, Jacob (Krissy) Billingsley, Westley Billingsley, Mason Gentry, Luke Gentry and Tori Gentry; 8 great-grandchildren Ben Myatt, Jude and Jobe Gammon, Maya Leedy, Baylie & Briley Billingsley, Lilly Mae and Sawyer Billingsley; two sisters Marie Goode of Glasgow and Mary Ruth Hickman of Ohio; a brother George (Edna) Billingsley of Bowling Green and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 4 brothers Howard, Holman, Paul and Charlie Billingsley; a sister Margaret Huffman and a granddaughter Maranda Estes. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, February 27th at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Lick Branch Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 3:00 PM Friday.
