Johnnie K. Tinnat 59 of Lucas, KY died Sunday, September 17, 2006 at the NHC Healthcare Facility in Glasgow. Born in Clinton, Iowa he was the son of Herbert Tinnat and Stefania Milko Thompson of Radcliff, KY who survives. Mr. Tinnat was a retired Superintendent of Barren River State Park Golf Course and was a 33 year member of the Professional Golfers Association. He was of the Lutheran Faith. In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife Carolyn Beasley Tinnat of Lucas, KY; 3 sons David Tinnat of Louisville, KY, Gordon Tinnatt of Coral Springs, FL and Michael Tinnat of Lucas, KY; a brother Richard Thompson of Radcliff; a sister Christine Duncan of New Jersey; and 2 grandchildren Jonathan Tinnat and Brianna Tinnat. In addition to his Father he is preceded in death by a son, Benjamin Tinnat. The family has chosen cremation and a Memorial Service will be held at 4:00pm Thursday, September 21, 2006 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home. There will be visitation with the family on Thursday from 2:30pm until 3:30pm at the funeral home prior to the memorial service. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of memorial contributions to either the T. J. Samson Hospice Program or the American Cancer Society.
