Jon Blazejewski

Jon Kristian 'Kris' Blazejewski 43 of Smiths Grove, KY died Thursday, December 25, 2014 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Born in Glasgow he was the son of the late Jon Blazejewski and Janet Bush Lewis & her husband Johnny of Glasgow who survives. Mr. Blazejewski was an employee of Pan Oston. In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife Marcy Wells Blazejewski of Smiths Grove; 4 sons Cory, Cody, Colten and Camren Blazejewski all of Summer Shade, KY; 2 step-children Tony Martin & wife Rachael of Glasgow and Marita Alexander & husband Jamie of Smiths Grove; 5 step-grandchildren Cody Miller, Tristan Alexander, Dawson Alexander, Alexis Martin and Landon Martin; a brother Jason Morgan & wife Erin of Glasgow. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his grandparents Charles & Henrietta Bush and Matthew & Bessie Blazejewski. Memorial services will be 4:00pm Sunday, December 28, 2014 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home. Visitation will be Sunday from 12:00pm until time for the services at the funeral home. Mr. Blazejewski chose cremation.
