Jonathan Cox

Jonathan Scott Jon Cox 36 of Louisville and formerly of Glasgow died Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at his home in Louisville after a sudden illness. He was born in Glasgow, KY the son of Don and Louise Carter Cox of Glasgow who survive. Jon was an employee of the Ford Motor Company in Louisville. In addition to his parents, he is survived by 3 children, Norah Grace Cox, Ella Shea Cox and Carter Allen Cox all of Shepherdsville, KY; a brother Mike Cox and wife Glenda of Glasgow; a sister Lisa Stengel and husband Jay of Louisville, KY; 2 nieces Vicky Stengel of Louisville and Juli Stewart Humphrey of Glasgow; a Nephew Joey Stengel of Louisville; a great nephew Mark Humphrey; a great niece Teryane Humphrey and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Willie & Inez Cox and paternal grandparents Claude & Norine Carter. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, July 4, 2010 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11:00am Saturday.
