Joseph Owens

Joseph C. Owens 57 of Glasgow, KY died Sunday April 11, 2004 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. He was born in Alton, IL the son of the late Joseph and Mary Katherine Ralston Owens. Mr. Owens was a retired Technical Rep with the Corvette Automotive Plant in Bowling Green. He was a member of the Temple Hill Baptist Church, the Oakland Lodge F&AM, the United Auto Workers Union and the Barren River Cloggers. He is survived by his wife Ruth Weber Owens; 2 sons Scott Owens and wife Melinda of Glasgow and Carl Owens and fiancee Casi Bartley of Glasgow; 1 daughter Kim Owens and fiance Tino Terrol of Bowling Green; 1 grand-daughter Malia Owens of Glasgow; 1 brother Paul C. Owens of Illinois and 4 sisters Carleen White, Mary Stell, Noreen Andrews and Patti Jo Rafalowski all of Illionois. In addition to his parents a brother Robert Ernest Owens preceded him in death. Funeral services will be 11:00am Wednesday April 14, 2004 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 11:00am Tuesday at the funeral home.
