Joy Lamb

Joy Carlene Lamb, 65, of Caneyville, passed away Thursday, August 24th, 2017 at Norton's Hospital in Louisville. She was born on Sunday, November 4th, 1951 at Fort Knox, the daughter of the late Ezra "Scotty" and Eulalah (Goodwin) Lamb. Joy was a farmer and also worked as a receiving clerk. Joy is survived by her brother, Timothy Lamb of Caneyville; three nieces, Misty Lamb of Leitchfield, Samantha Brown of Charlestown, IN and Sarah Lamb of Leitchfield; two great-nieces, Angel Welsh of Leitchfield and Lexie Brown of Charlestown, IN and two great-nephews, Joshua Call and Ezra Ray Lamb both of Leitchfield. Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Janet Kelley. The family has chosen cremation with a private memorial service to be held at a later date.
