Joyce Christine Post

Joyce Christine Post, 89, of Glasgow, Kentucky passed away Sunday, August 11, 2024 at NHC Healthcare. She was born March 31, 1935 in Barren County, Kentucky to the late Andrew Jackson Kinslow and Amy Carver Kinslow. Joyce married the love of her life, Seth Thomas Post, on March 28, 1952 and together they had two children. She was a babysitter to many children for most of her life and they all called her Momma Joyce. Joyce was a member of the Brotherhood Freewill Baptist Church. She will be dearly missed.
Survivors include her son, Don Post (Sheila); one brother, Bobby Kinslow (Joyce Marie); one sister, Carolyn Sue Deckard; one grandchild, Brandi Nicole Post; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Seth Thomas Post; one son, Anthony “Tony” Thomas Post (Michelle); three sisters, Josephine Matthews, Aline McCoy, Rebecca Dennison; and four brothers-in-law, Louis Matthews, Glen D. McCoy, Billy Dennison, and Carl Deckard.
The funeral service for Mrs. Post will be held 11:00 AM Friday, August 16th at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday afternoon from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Friday morning until time for the service at the funeral home.
