Juanita Poynter 68 of Indianapolis, IN died Tuesday march 29, 2005 in Indianapolis. The Barren County native was the daughter of the late Dan and Pearl Basil. She is survived by 3 daughters Vickie (Rick) Alford, Terrie 'Frosty' (Steve) Dillman and Sissy Poynter all of Indianapolis; 2 sons Gary (Marie) Poynter and Ralph Poynter both of Indianapolis; 7 sisters Nina Shaw of Glasgow, Bela Turner of Flippin, Lauree McKee of Louisville, Eloise Cash of Park City, Barbara Shank of Indianapolis, Peggy Cowles of Brownsville and Antonia Galin of Largo, FL and 2 brothers Gene Basil of Bowling Green and Butch Basil of Edmonton. In addition to her parents, she was precedd in death by a sister Inez Pedigo and 3 brothers Remis, Ralph and James Daniel Basil, Jr. Gravesied services will be held at the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery at 3:00PM Saturday. Visitation will be at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home on Saturday from 9:00am until time for services.
