Kara Massey

Kara Jo Massey 18 of Glasgow, KY died Monday, September 27, 2010 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital as the result of an auto accident Monday night in Barren County. Kara was born in Glasgow June 20, 1992. She was a 2010 graduate of Glasgow High School and was an employee of IGA-Shell Express in Glasgow. She was a member of the Point of Grace Church. She is survived by her parents, Billy Joe and Jane Ballard Massey of Glasgow; a brother Brandon Massey and wife Rachel of Ft. Campbell, KY; a niece Aubrey Victoria Denise Massey; her grandmothers Verna Massey and Ollie Nell Grissom of Glasgow; two aunts Debbie Ballard and Linda Faye Garmon (Charlie) of Glasgow; three uncles Kenneth Massey (Vickie) and Ricky Massey (Teresa) of Glasgow and Wendell Ferguson (Yolanda) of Anderson, IN. Several cousins including a special cousin Amber Rogers also survive. Funeral services will be 3:30pm Friday, October 1, 2010 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5:00pm Thursday.
