Kenneth Kenny Bernard Weber of Glasgow, died Sunday evening at T.J. Samson Community Hospital. He was born November 27, 1955 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Kenny was raised in Glasgow and had made Glasgow Kentucky his home for over three decades. He owned the Backstage Music Store, Weber Development and was a founding member of the Low Down Pesky Buzzards, a local musical group. He was a zealous member of the Congregation of Jehovahs Witnesses here in Glasgow having an active part in the preaching work for more than 30 years. He also volunteered to assist with building Kingdom Halls throughout the Commonwealth and volunteering at the World Headquarters of Jehovahs Witness in New York. He was also known widely for his love of people and music having taught hundreds of all ages to enjoy playing various instruments. Indeed, when asked if he was a successful musician, he would reply 'The successful musician is the one who enjoys it' Many enjoyed playing with him and appreciated his patience and humor, which stayed with him to the end. He was preceded in death by his parents Bernard J and Veronica M. Weber and his brother, Joseph P. Weber. He is survived by his step mother, Thelma Weber; his loving wife Loretta Weber; his son Bernie Weber and his wife Heather Weber of Glasgow; his daughter Samantha Graham and her husband Josh Graham of Louisville; his sister Janice Lynn Weber of Louisville; his sister Patrica Weber and her husband Michael McStocker of Sacramento, California and his sister Sandra Miller and her husband Joseph of Bowling Green; his step-brothers Michael Lamb of Mount Pleasant, Michigan and Mark Cresci of Meredith, New Hampshire; and his ten nieces and nephews and a great many friends who loved him dearly. There will be a memorial service at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses at 1021 Trojan Trail on Saturday September 27, 2008, 3pm.
