Larry Mathews

L. Dale Mathews 47 of Glasgow died Thursday, September 27, 2012 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He was born in Glasgow the son of Larry Mathews (Carolyn Estes) of Glasgow and Sheryl Davidson Mathews of Glasgow who survive. Dale was a carpenter and was an employee of Leroy Mathews and Sons Construction Co. He enjoyed using the computer and watching movies with his grandson. He was a member of Siloam Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife Sandra Branham Mathews; daughter Daphne Mathews Sexton (Jeremy) of Hiseville; son Logan Dale Mathews at home; grandson Kelton Ladd; sister Stacy Mathews of Glasgow; brother Chris Mathews (Tarah) of Savoyard; grandparents Leroy and June Mathews of Glasgow; his mother-in-law and father-in-law Sarah and Lowell Clark of Etoile and his aunts, uncles and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Saturday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 2:00pm Friday. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the family to assist with medical and funeral expenses.
