Laverne Estes

LaVerne Maxine Estes 93 of Louisville and formerly of Glasgow died Wednesday, May 27, 2015 in Louisville. She was born in Barren County, the daughter of the late Benton and Vera Sharp Norris. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Malcolm Estes; two sisters Joyce Collins and Beverly June Goodson, and two step children Gary Estes and Gretha Lou Rowe. She is survived by her daughter Shirley Dyer Quisenberry and husband George of Louisville; 3 grandchildren Darla Santos and husband Rico, Dee Dee McQuown and Richard Lynn McQuown all of Louisville; several great and great-great grandchildren; two nieces and her special friend Becky Loyd. Funeral services will be 2pm Saturday, May 30th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 11am until time for the service.
