Laverne Oliver

Laverne Oliver 75 of Glasgow died Monday June 22, 2009 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. She was born at Freedom, KY the daughter of the late Herbert and Frankie Lyons Oliver. Miss Oliver was a Baptist. She is survived by a brother Victor Maxie Oliver (Christine) of Westland, MI; a nephew Kenneth W. Oliver (Vicki) of Livonia, MI; a great nephew Timothy Oliver; and a great niece Melissa Oliver. She was preceded in death by her sister Katherine Jones and her step-mother Myrtle Oliver. Funeral services will be 10:00am Friday June 26, 2009 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Poplar Log Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 5pm til 8pm at the funeral home.
