Lee Gantz

Lee Ann Byrd Gantz 59 of Bowling Green and formerly of Glasgow died Thursday, June 11, 2015 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville. She was born in Glasgow, the daughter of the late Lonnie and Beulah Daffron Byrd. Lee Ann was a retired rural carrier for the U.S. Postal Service. She enjoyed motorcycles and water sports, gardening, collecting, gaming, and was an animal lover. She was a member of the Roman Catholic church. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Mike Gantz; her brothers and sisters in law, Linda (John) Payne, Judy (Joe) Downing, Jerry (Carla) Gantz, Jane (Philip) Toms, Tom Gantz; an aunt Alma Daffron of Glasgow; nieces and nephews, David, Danny and Ellen Downing, Carley (Matt) Devore, Jennie (Nick) Samons and Alison (Ben) Durling and several cousins and great nieces and nephews. The family chose cremation and a private funeral mass. Visitation with family and friends will be held at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home Thursday, June 18th from 4pm until 8pm.
