Leon O'Neal Vincent 70 of Glasgow, KY died Monday February 21, 2005 at the Central Florida Regional Medical Center in Sanford, Florida. He was born in Edmonson County, KY the son of the late Enos and Mable Johnson Vincent. Mr. Vincent was a salesman in the auto, truck and heavy equipment tire industry for many years and was a 14 year U.S. Air Force Veteran where he served in the Korean and Viet Nam Wars. He was also an avid fisherman and antique fishing lure collector. Leon attended the Coral Hill Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Mary Hollinden Vincent; two sons Richard Vincent and wife Tamara of Lexington, KY and Bryant Vincent and wife Holli of Birmingham, AL; three grandchildren Brady Jackson Vincent, Connor Steven Vincent, and Jason Smith; his sister Helena Lindsey of Glasgow, KY a brother Enos Vincent, Jr. of Utah and two nieces Tresia Bull and husband Dennis of Glasgow and Lesa Mattingly of Glasgow. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Friday February 25, 2005 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Sweeden Cemetery in Edmonson County. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of memorial contributions to the American Heart Assn.
