Leona Johnson Smith 40 of White House, TN and formerly of Glasgow died Sunday, September 19, 2004 at her residence in White House, TN. Born in Glasgow, KY she was the daughter of Leonard & Bernadene Furlong Johnson of Glasgow who survives. Mrs. Smith was a member of the First United Methodist Church in White House, TN. In addition to her parents she is survived by her husband Andy Smith of White House, TN, 2 daughters Kaitlin & Megan Smith of White House, TN, 2 sisters Teresa Clark & husband Randy of Louisville, KY and Gail Bunch & Husband Donnie of Glasgow, 3 brothers Gerard Johnson & wife Ruthie of Murray, KY, Philip Johnson & wife Teresa Gail of Glasgow and Mark Johnson & wife Karen of Glasgow, her mother and father-in-law A. D. & Ada Smith of Glasgow, brother-in-law Kenneth Smith & wife Christie of Glasgow and several other friends and relatives also survive. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Wednesday, September 22, 2004 at the First United Methodist Church in Glasgow, KY with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday at the Austin and Bell Funeral Home in White House, TN from 2-4pm and 6-8pm, Tuesday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home from 2-4pm and 6-8pm and on Wednesday from 1:00pm until service time at the First United Methodist Church in Glasgow. Alternate expressions of sympathy can take the form of memorial contributions to the First United Methodist Church in White House, TN or the Sarah Cannon Cancer Center in Nashville, TN.
