Leonard Morgan

Leonard Edward Morgan 69 of the Slick Rock Community of Barren County died Saturday, December 17, 2011 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Born in Barren County he was the son of the late John and Verna Pickett Morgan. Mr. Morgan was a retired lineman with CSX Railroad and member of the H. B. Grant Masonic Lodge #610 at Etoile, KY. Survivors include his wife Shirley Tucker Morgan; 1 daughter Tina Burton and husband David of Glasgow; 1 son Jeff Hale of Glasgow; 1 grandson Quentin Burton of Glasgow; 3 brothers Mike Morgan and wife Jan of Glasgow, Richard Morgan of Bloomfield, KY and James Morgan of Boston, KY; 2 sisters Shelby Bush and husband Rondal of Glasgow and Carolyn Sturgeon of Park City; a special friend Peggy Ray of Madisonville, KY, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday, December 19, 2011 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 2:00 P.M. Sunday. Masonic Rites will be held at 7:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home and the public is welcome to attend.
