Leslie W. Dearing, 72, of Toledo, OH, passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2006 in St. Vincent Mercy Medical. He was born in Glasgow, Kentucky on September 19, 1933 to Leslie and Dorothy (Tuggle) Dearing. Les was employed as a funeral service professional with Bunting Ambulance along with Worth Clegg, Eggleston-Meinert-Pavley, Witzler-Shank, Walker and Boyer-Van Wormer-Scott Funeral Homes for the past 52 years. He also worked with Welling Funeral Coaches for past few years. Les enjoyed gardening and was a gospel pianist. Surviving are his daughter, LuAnn (Donald) Harris of Las Vegas, NV; sister, Julia Henry of Holland, OH; dear friend, Charles Dennison of Oregon, OH; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. on Tuesday, August 15, 2006 from 2 until 9 pm where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10 am. Interment will take place in Glasgow Cemetery, Kentucky 2:00pm on Thursday.
