Clyde Hatcher 84 of Glasgow died Monday, June 30, 2014 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Clyde was born in Barren County, the son of the late Frank and Annie Jones Hatcher. He was a farmer and construction worker, a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and was an honorary firefighter with the Haywood Volunteer Fire Dept. He is survived by his wife Helen Graham Hatcher; 1 son Mike Hatcher and wife Teresa; 1 daughter Marilyn Thomas and husband David; 2 grandchildren Micah and Alec Hatcher; a sister Dorothy Thum and husband Dutch and 2 brothers-in-law Frank Harlow and Walter Jewell Graham all of Glasgow. Several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Katherine Harlow. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, July 2nd at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 12:00 Noon Tuesday.
