Lillie King

Lillie Mae King 86 of Glasgow, died Sunday September 21, 2008 at the Barren County Health Care Facility in Glasgow. She was born in Barren County the daughter of the late Lucian and Myra Katherine Pedigo Clark. Her husband was the late Darrel Kimbol King. Mrs. King, along with her husband, owned and operated King's Paint and Paper Store in Glasgow. She was a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons; Philip King and wife Linda and Dennis King and wife Sally all of Glasgow; three grandchildren Brian and Todd King and Laura Clapp and six great-grandchildren Myles and McKinley King and Cody, Lauren, Abby and Sam Clapp. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Walter and Willie Clark. Funeral services will be 11:00am Wednesday September 24, 2008 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5:00pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.
