Linda Sutton Stinson 65 of Glasgow and formerly of Louisville, KY died on September 22, 2016 in Glasgow. Born on July 29, 1951, she was raised in Louisville, Kentucky, the eldest daughter of Charles M. and Dorothy King Sutton. She was a graduate of Pleasure Ridge Park High School and Western Kentucky State University, and worked for many years as a pharmacy technician. Before she became too disabled to attend, Linda was an active member of Glenview Christian Church and sang in its choir, often as a soloist. For the last several years, she was a resident in the Glasgow Health and Rehabilitation Center, where she led a Bible study class. She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Sutton, her son, Glenn Stinson, her sister, Lesa Sutton-Davis (Steven Davis), nephew Austin Davis and nieces Lauran and Kyrstin Davis, all of Louisville, and her sister Laura Sutton Candris (Aris Candris) of Naples, Florida, as well as several aunts and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Roy Stinson, and her father, Charles Sutton. A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm Monday, September 26, 2016 at Glenview Christian Church. Visitation will be held from 12:00 to 1:00pm Monday at the church. A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
