Lisa Adams

Lisa Marcella Adams 41 of Glasgow died Monday October 15, 2007 at the Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She was born in Metcalfe County, the daughter of Neal Word of Edmonton, KY who survives and the late Dorothy Bragg Erwin. Lisa was an agent with the Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance Co. She was a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church and was very active in Relay for Life. She is survived by her husband Timmy Adams; 2 sons Todd and Tyler Adams at home; 4 sisters Darlene Shirley (Maxie) of Glasgow, Meshell Word of Edmonton, Doris Johnson (Jonathan) of Glasgow and Wendy Poynter of Knob Lick; 3 brothers Michael Costello of Scottsville, Vincent Costello (Vicky) of Edmonton and Gary Erwin of Edmonton; her father-in-law and mother-in-law Lloyd and Linda Adams of Glasgow; brother-in-law Terry Adams (Erica) of Glasgow; sister-in-law Tammy Williams (Eric) of Glasgow; special friend Dennis Garmon of Edmonton and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother David Neal Wood. Funeral services will be 10:00am Friday October 19, 2007 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Hubbard Cemetery in Metcalfe County. Visitation will be after 4:00pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
