Lisa Hutchinson

Lisa Renee Hutchinson 42 of Radcliff, KY died Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at Hospice of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green, KY. Born in Poplar Bluff, MO she is the daughter of Myron & Telsie Lutzen of Cedar Springs, KY. In addition to her parents she is survived by her husband Jason Hutchinson of Radcliff, KY; a son Jacob Hutchinson of Radcliff; 2 daughters Samantha Hutchinson of Sierra Vista, AZ and Stephanie Garrett of Park City, KY; a brother Myron Lutzen, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Glasgow; a sister Tara Devers (George) of Colonial Beach, VA; a chosen sister Laurie Dearing (Dewayne) of Smiths Grove; a chosen brother Terry Joe Hennion (Samantha) of Cedar Springs, KY; 2 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive. Lisa was preceded in death by a infant daughter Angel Hutchinson. Graveside services will be 2:00pm Saturday, June 25, 2011 at the Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00pm until 8:00pm Friday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
