Loil Thomas Eaton

Loil Thomas Eaton 94 of Glasgow died Friday December 7, 2007 at the Barren County Health Care Center. He was born in Barren County the son of the late John Washington Eaton and Kitty Ann Dossey Eaton. Mr. Eaton was a farmer and construction worker and was a member of the Coral Hill Baptist Church. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII. He is survived by his wife Eunice Poland Eaton; his son Lawton Eaton of Glasgow; his daughter Judy Eaton McGuire of Glasgow and 5 grandchildren Brad Lee McGuire, Christopher Stilts, Samuel Blake Eaton, Morgan Chandler Eaton and Chadwick Grant Eaton all of Glasgow. He was preceded in death by 8 sisters, Angie W. Eaton, Judy B. Eaton, Barbrey A. Eaton, Bittie Elizabeth Eaton, Flora Eaton Wheat, Lula Eaton, Eula May Eaton Carter and Vera D. Eaton and 5 brothers James Edd, William R., Yetman, Herbert and Floyd T. Eaton. Funeral services will be 11:00am Monday December 10, 2007 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home. Burial with military honors provided by DAV Chapter 20 of Glasgow will be in the Pleasant Home Cemetery. Visitation will be after 12:00pm Sunday.
