With her warm smile and twinkling blue eyes, she lovingly displayed her southern-style cooking talents with her homemade biscuits and famous fried apple pies. Mrs. Eatmon is survived by two sons, Danny Eugene Vaughn (Lela) and Billy Howard Vaughn (Kim), two daughters Regina Joyce Vaughn and Connie Sue Berryman. She is also survived by three sisters, Maureen Elmore Chapman, Dorothy Elmore Jones, and Beatrice Elmore Williams, seven grandchildren, Julie Mosher (Jeff), Danny Vaughn, Jr., Matthew Vaughn, Corey, Michael, Zack, and Heather Folden, three great-grandchildren, Hannah & Josh Mosher, and Autumn Vaughn, several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, George & Ida Waller Elmore, her husband, Earl Eatmon, one son, Thomas Allen Vaughn, one brother, Edward Elmore, and two sisters, Ruth Elmore Hale and Gladys Elmore Kerney. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Saturday, July 7, 2012 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home, with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin after 12:00pm Friday, July 6, 2012 at the funeral home. The family would like to express its gratitude to Dr. Travis & the amazing T. J. Samson Hospice group (you became our second family), to Dr. Tyree & his staff for their compassion, and last, but not least, to Rev. Ricky Proffitt for his many hospital and home visits.
