Margie Logsdon

Margie Ann Logsdon, age 83 of Big Clifty, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center. She was born May 23, 1930 in Grayson County, KY the daughter of Elmer Lee and Ella (Avery) Miller. She is survived by her children, James Ernest 'Ernie' Logsdon (Vickie) of Leitchfield, William Charles Logsdon of Leitchfield, and Peggy Jane Bradley (Randall) of Big Clifty, one brother, Ivan Miller of Louisville, two sisters, Alta Gibson of Borden, IN, and Mary Miller of Big Clifty, 11 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren. And a special niece and caregiver, Sheila Mattingly. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter Kathy Mae Basham. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, (March 16,2013) at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Chapel in Leitchfield with Bro. Billy Hack officiating. Burial will be in the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Big Clifty. Visitation will be held after 3:00 p.m., Friday, from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., Saturday and from 9:00 a.m. until time of service on Sunday at the funeral home
