Marjorie Helm

Marjorie Lee Harrison Helm 90 of Glasgow died Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Born November 24, 1920 she was the youngest daughter of the Late Helen & Robert Harrison, Jr.. On December 16, 1938 she was married to George Rochester Helm who died in 1975. Mrs. Helm joined the Mt Olivet Baptist Church in 1934. Survivors include 4 daughters Marjorie Helen Tisdale (Larrie) of Puntagorda, FL, Nancy Lee Fraser of Franklin, KY, Linda Dugger (John Robert) of Madisonville, KY and Paula Yambor of Valrico, FL; 8 grandchildren Eric Tisdale (Sally) and children Nickolas, Brendan and Kelly Anne, Kirk Tisdale (Shelly) and children Ian, Meghan, McKenzie and Kylie, Melanie Fraser and daughter Avoe, Arthur Yambor, Dr. Marjorie Yambor, Johnny Dugger (Ursula), Scotty Dugger (Becky) and son Joshua and Perry Dugger (Alaine) and son Cole; a sister Nora Edwards; 3 nieces Sue Vlassopulos (Tony), Nina Ruth Shirley (Jerry) and Mildred Cutter (Joe); 3 nephews Guy Thomas, Jr. (Sandra), Danny Helm (Juanita) and Woodford Fields. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a sister Nina Thomas, a nephew Bobby Edwards and a son-in-law Arthur Yambor. Funeral services will be 11:00am Saturday, December 18, 2010 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4:00pm Friday at the funeral home.
