Marjorie Owens

Kimmel Parrish Owens 79 of Glasgow died Sunday December 14, 2008 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital Emergency Room. She was born in Cumberland County the daughter of the late Sam and Alyne Anderson Parrish. Ms. Owens was retired from Glasgow Foods. Survivors include two daughters Kay Owens Roemer (Jaime) of Glasgow and Tera Stice (Larry) of Park City; three sons Samuel Thomas Ashford (Bonnie) of Ohio, Dan Ashford (Diana) of Glasgow and Bucky Owens of Glasgow; one sister Sue Jenkins (Gary) of Russellville; one brother Bill Parrish (Mary Bell) of Glasgow; 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 3 brothers Dallas, Phillip and Doyle Parrish. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday December 18, 2008 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 3:00pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
