Mark Wooten

Mark Anthony Wooten 53 of Glasgow died Tuesday October 25, 2011 after an extended battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his loving family when God sent his angels to bring him home.He was born in Colorada Springs, CO. the son of the late Joseph Luther Wooten and Oneita Jan Key Wooten. He attended Bethal Baptist Church. Survivors include his mother Oneita Wooten; 3 brothers Dennis Wooten (Shirley), Michael Wooten (Rebecca) and Barlow Wooten (Debbie) all of Glasgow. Nieces Needee Sloan (Adam), Jade Morgan Hammontree, LeeAnn Sloan, Casey Marie Wooten and Megan Wooten; Nephews Aaron David Mutter and Kyle Wooten; Best friends John Nash and Ray Gulley. He was preceded in death by his Father Joseph Luther Wooten. The family would like to give a special thanks to Cathy, Nancy, Elaine, Cookie & Colleen of the TJ Samson Hospice Program for helping to make Marks final jouney a peaceful one and to the Staff of Glenview Nursing Home for excellent care of Mark. Graveside services will be 10:00am Thursday October 27, 2011 at the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home in Charge of Services.
