Martha Jackson

Martha Elizabeth Pruitt Jackson 87 of Glasgow died Friday Sept. 16th at T. J. Samson Community Hosital. She was born March 13, 1918 in Barren County the daughter of Clive Everett and Laura Wood Woodcock. She was a member of the Glasgow Bible Church. She is survived by 3 sons, Charles Pruitt and wife Sandy of Indianapolis, IN; Bill Pruitt and wife Mary of Cadiz, KY and Sidney Pruitt and wife Patricia of Goodnight, KY; 4 daughters Wanda Levi and husband Bob if Indianapolis, IN; Martha Nelson and husband Joe of Glasgow, Loretta Foster and husband Rex of Glasgow and Linda Thomas and husband Terry of Glasgow; 2 sisters Josephine Eaton of Indianapolis, IN and Maxine Steenbergen of Livonia, MI; 20 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husbands Lewis Haskell Pruitt and Paul Jackson; one sister Helen Hatfield and seven brothers; Everett, John, Charles, Floyd, Arnold, Roger and Boyd Woodcock. Funeral services will be 11:00am Monday Sept. 19th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Pleasant Home Cemetery at Bewleytown. Visitation will begin at 1:00pm on Sunday
